on the work of the monitoring commission on food quality

in the KGKP "Nursery-Garden" Tansholpan

 

In accordance with paragraph 107 of the Rules for the Organization of Nutrition of Students in Secondary Education Organizations, as well as the Purchase of  Goods Related to the Nutrition of Children Raised and Studied in Preschool Organizations, Educational Organizations for Orphans and Children Left without Parental Care, approved by Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 31, 2018 No. 598 (hereinafter - the Rules), in the KGKP "Tansholpan Nursery-Garden" by order No. 46 of 25.02.2021, a commission was created to monitor the quality of nutrition.

 

The monitoring commission included:

 

1. Tanekeeva A.N. - director of the nursery-garden;

2. Urazbekova A.D. - member of the parent committee;

3. Edilbaeva S.E. - member of the parent committee;

4. Iskanderova L.V. - Deputy Director for AHCh;

5. Stybaev A.K. - medical sister.

 

The Commission has drawn up a work plan and a schedule of food quality inspections. During the month of April, the Nutrition Quality Monitoring Commission checked the following issues:

 

1. Weekly monitoring of the quality of incoming food was carried out, delivery conditions (food is delivered to the catering unit in a special machine, in packages with a shelf life mark, deadlines are observed, violations are not detected)

 

2. Once a month, the availability of CT-KZ certificates for foodstuffs was checked (certificates meet the requirements).

 

3. Daily assessment of the quality of finished dishes was carried out (with entries in the journal of organoleptic assessment of the quality of dishes and culinary products, taste qualities, appearance meet the requirements).

 

4. Daily check of process equipment serviceability was carried out.

 

5. The medical worker was present daily on the tab of the main products checked the output of dishes, the compliance of the volumes of prepared food with the volume of single portions and the number of children (ready-made dishes are distributed to groups within 1-2 hours after cooking, do not stay in the kitchen, the volume of portions corresponds to the norm, daily and promising menu)

 

6. Daily monitoring of the sanitary condition and observance of personal hygiene rules by employees of the catering unit is carried out.

 

7. In April, employees of the Branch of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management of the "National Center for Expertise" of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Control Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of   Kazakhstan in the Karaganda region held a production cantrol.
